AKG VFU conducted "The Duterte Legacy: Barangyanihan Caravan Towards National Recovery

   AKG-VFU personnel together with RCADD, PRO7, Bohol Provincial Police Office and Mabini MPS, BPPO conducted "The Duterte Legacy: Barangyanihan Caravan Towards National Recovery" in partnership with PDRRMO- Office of Civil Defense 7, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Municipal Social Worker Development Office-Municipal of Mabini (MSWDO), Medical Outreach Unit (MOU), Office of Provincial Agriculture (OPA), Bohol Employment and Placement Office (BEPO), Education Development Center (EDC), Bohol Environment Management Office (BEMO), Community Dev. Action for Rural Transformation (CD-ART) Governors Office, Mayors Office and Office of the Provincial Veteranian (OPV) at Poblacion 1, Mabini, Bohol

   The activity aims to promote the legacy of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte through the provision of essential government services, and the conduct of outreach activities for our less-fortunate citizens.

      A total of 150 of food packs were distributed to the beneficiaries of brgy.Poblacion 1 and 20 fishermen benifited the fishingnet.

AKG Recovers Loose Firearms in Bohol

   The Anti-Kidnapping Group Visayas Field Unit records another laudable accomplishment as part of the intensified campaign to account loose firearms.

   An ex-CAFGU, Bonifacio Añana Membrillos 43, married, a resident of Purok 3, San Carlos, Danao, Bohol surrendered loose firearms and ammunition on November 18 to PNP-AKG Visayas Field Unit under PCOL Victor Loon.

   Items recovered were one (1) piece caliber .45 pistol with serial number 235387, one (1) piece of magazine for caliber .45 with four (4) live ammunitions and one (1) piece of caliber .38 without serial number. The turn-over was witnessed by Hon. Nina Escabas, Barangay Kagawad of Barangay San Carlos, Dana, Bohol.

   Documentation is being made for the turn-over of the items to the Firearms and Explosive Office.
